Internet Explorer 7.x

Access BPS FTP site, click on the “Page” button on your Internet Explorer tool bar and select “Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer”
• Double click on the appropriate folder

• If your transfer gets interrupted, rename your archive or folder for re-uploading

Mac and Firefox

• Please use an FTP utility such as CyberDuck(Mac) or FileZilla (Firefox) for consistent results. If your transfer gets interrupted, rename your archive or folder for re-uploading.
Note: Since there is no order form associated with FTP transfers it is imperative that you follow up your transfer with a phone call, fax or e-mail to the appropriate BPS office to notify us of the file transfer.
